The Fourth International Conference on Climate Change is taking place in Chicago, Illinois.
Several well known 'skeptics' and about eight hundred other interested people are having a conference in Chicago. Although given the absolute 'zip' coverage this is getting in the media you be forgiven for thinking it was a secret spy conference...
